Overview

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and highly organized Multi-Task Attendant / General Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable taking on a wide range of responsibilities. No two days are the same—you'll play an important role in supporting our daily operations by assisting with transportation, administrative tasks, organization, and general errands.

The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, self-motivated, and willing to travel throughout Ontario as needed. A clean driving record, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Safely drive a company team member to appointments, meetings, and job sites across Ontario using your own reliable vehicle.
  • Be willing to travel throughout Ontario, including occasional overnight trips when required.
  • Complete a variety of general errands and odd jobs to support daily business operations.
  • Make phone calls to customers, suppliers, and business partners in a professional manner.
  • Help keep schedules, appointments, and important documents organized.
  • Assist with administrative duties, filing, and data entry as needed.
  • Pick up and deliver supplies, equipment, and materials when required.
  • Provide general support to management and assist with day-to-day operational needs.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively while interacting with customers and partners.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable personal vehicle suitable for regular business travel.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Ontario.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities.
  • Comfortable making business phone calls and handling administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to lift and carry light to moderate items when necessary.
  • Basic computer skills, including email, calendars, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, are considered an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a general assistant, administrative, delivery, operations, or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with scheduling, organization, and office procedures.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
