Commissionaires Security Solutions (CVIY) is a mission-driven organization dedicated to supporting veterans, their families, and the safety of our communities. We are a full-service security services company operating as a Not-for-profit with a diverse customer base of commercial, residential and government accounts.
We’re looking for a Client Services Manager to lead our Central Island region (Malahat to Qualicum). This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, growing business, and leading teams to deliver exceptional service.
What you’ll do
  • Lead and support a strong operations team across the region
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Identify growth opportunities and support proposals, renewals, and new business
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic and market growth initiatives
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and strengthen our community presence
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery across all client sites
  • Champion a positive, collaborative culture while representing CVIY’s values with clients, partners, and the community
  • Partner with recruitment teams to communicate staffing needs and support effective placement of personnel across client sites

What you bring
  • Strong leadership and people-management experience

  • 5–7 years in security or service-based industry (preferred)

  • Ability to travel within the region and occasionally to our Home Office in Victoria
