As a Shop Service Coordinator, you will:

Support daily service operations by assigning work, coordinating schedules, managing repair orders and warranties, and assisting with technician training and customer inquiries. Acts as key support to the Aftermarket Manager and helps maintain shop efficiency and morale.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous Service Writer experience an asset
  • Basic knowledge of accounting practices
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet functions
  • Knowledge of office procedures
  • General understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Warranty experience an asset

The hourly wage for this role is typically $21.25 - $40.25 and represents a range across all of PrairieCoast’s BC and Alberta locations. It is influenced by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant training, and work location.

In compliance with the BC provincial government mandates, we are posting a broad wage range to adhere to the wage transparency requirements.
