Ens Auto is a long-standing business in Saskatoon that comprises Ens Toyota, Ens Lexus, Ens Collision and Ens Industrial. We offer top-quality products and services to our clients for their automotive and industrial needs.

We are looking for a new team member who is self-motivated and performance-driven to join our Ens Toyota Sales Department as a Product Advisor. An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, an excellent work ethic, experience in sales, and an outgoing personality. The ability to speak a second language would be a valuable asset in meeting the diverse needs of our clientele. Honesty, integrity, and professionalism are mandatory.

This is a commission-based salary with the potential to earn up to 6 figures a year!

Must be available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers on the car lot and showroom
  • To provide a welcoming experience while promoting sales.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and find the product that fits their needs and lifestyle.
  • Maintain customer rapport and perform follow-ups.
  • Creating and updating client profiles to ensure all details are accurate for future communication and billing.
  • Accurately build deals and review all details for a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuous learning of product knowledge of new and used vehicles.
  • Help organize the showroom and front car lot.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

Skills

  • Goal-oriented with a history of achieving success.
  • Motivated to reach sales targets.
  • Outstanding customer service.
  • Organized.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
  • Automotive experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Comfortable working with technology such as smartphones, tablets, and computers.

Requirements

  • Have a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's license.
  • Provide a Driver's Abstract with a clean driving history.
  • Ability to speak a second language is recognized but not required.
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission is an asset.
  • Provide a background check.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
