  • Oversee inventory planning and demand forecasting to balance material availability with working capital efficiency
  • Coordinate logistics and distribution to ensure on-time delivery of components and finished systems
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including single-source dependencies and material lead-time volatility
  • Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to align sourcing decisions with technical specifications
  • Track and report key supply chain KPIs, including on-time delivery, cost savings, and inventory turns
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and logistics processes
  • Uphold Sirius safety standards in all supplier and logistics interactions

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven track record negotiating supplier contracts and managing vendor performance
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory planning and demand forecasting
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; SCMP or APICS/CPIM designation an asset
