- Monitor shipment activity, inventory movement, order flow, and warehouse performance to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Troubleshoot operational issues related to shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, fulfilment challenges, and vendor or carrier performance.
- Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal teams while monitoring vendor performance including delivery, quality, and responsiveness.
- Assist with vendor onboarding, documentation management, operational support, and provide execution support during team absences or high-volume periods.
Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning

- Monitor inventory health, stock levels, lead times, and supply chain performance to support operational stability and service levels.
- Maintain accurate supply chain data across internal systems and improve data visibility across operational workflows.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and KPI reporting related to forecast accuracy, inventory performance, lead times, vendor performance, and fulfilment operations.
- Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Support the continuous improvement of planning processes, reporting structures, and operational controls to help scale the business effectively.
Process Improvement & ERP Transformation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, aftersales, operations, vendors, and manufacturing partners to support operational planning, fulfilment coordination, and supply chain decision-making.
- Review existing supply chain and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in process mapping and workflow design initiatives in collaboration with finance, sales, aftersales, operations, and other internal stakeholders.
- Support the improvement and standardization of operational processes, documentation, and SOPs across supply chain activities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, digital tools, and improved operational practices.
- Assist with transitioning manual processes into more scalable and structured operational workflows.
- Utilize reporting tools, dashboards, and AI/digital tools to improve reporting efficiency, operational visibility, and team productivity.
