We are in the process of building scalable operations to support our expanding business across B2B and D2C (Omni-channel commerce) channels across North America. As we continue to grow, we are investing heavily in operational excellence, process improvement, inventory planning, and systems transformation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, improving processes, working cross-functionally, and building scalable infrastructure within a growth-stage environment.

This is not a purely analytical desk role. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable working through operational issues with our 3PL partners and internal cross functional teams whilst contributing to building forecasting models, improving reporting, and supporting ERP transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Support order management activities including RFQs, quotations, purchase order tracking, shipment coordination, lead time monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor shipment activity, inventory movement, order flow, and warehouse performance to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues related to shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, fulfilment challenges, and vendor or carrier performance.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal teams while monitoring vendor performance including delivery, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding, documentation management, operational support, and provide execution support during team absences or high-volume periods.

Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment processes across the product portfolio.
  • Monitor inventory health, stock levels, lead times, and supply chain performance to support operational stability and service levels.
  • Maintain accurate supply chain data across internal systems and improve data visibility across operational workflows.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and KPI reporting related to forecast accuracy, inventory performance, lead times, vendor performance, and fulfilment operations.
  • Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Support the continuous improvement of planning processes, reporting structures, and operational controls to help scale the business effectively.

Process Improvement & ERP Transformation

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, aftersales, operations, vendors, and manufacturing partners to support operational planning, fulfilment coordination, and supply chain decision-making.
  • Review existing supply chain and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in process mapping and workflow design initiatives in collaboration with finance, sales, aftersales, operations, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Support the improvement and standardization of operational processes, documentation, and SOPs across supply chain activities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, digital tools, and improved operational practices.
  • Assist with transitioning manual processes into more scalable and structured operational workflows.
  • Utilize reporting tools, dashboards, and AI/digital tools to improve reporting efficiency, operational visibility, and team productivity.
