Position Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Edmonton, AB, T6B 3N9
Job Type: Full Time Permanent

Position Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting daily operations by coordinating sales orders, shipping logistics, courier services, and internal communication between departments. This position ensures efficient order processing, timely deliveries, and alignment across sales, production, and warehouse teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process customer orders, including updates, substitutions, pricing adjustments, and system entry using SAGE ERP.
• Verify inventory availability and manage product samples.
• Plan and route local and out-of-town deliveries; prepare driver load sheets and provide ongoing support to drivers.
• Liaise with third-party couriers to manage shipments, returns, delivery issues, invoicing, and scheduling.
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to prioritize orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate shipping, routing, and customer account data.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in real time, escalating more complex concerns as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAGE preferred).
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or food distribution is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Training will be provided.
