Full job description

Barrhaven Ford is looking for an experienced Commercial Fleet Service Advisor / Supervisor to join our team of Service Professionals. We are looking for a strong team player, with great customer service and communication skills. Growing our commercial service offering is a key.

Job Functions:

Greet clients and perform service walk around. Ensure customer needs are assessed and signatures obtained during the appointment check in. Set appropriate expectations.

Dispatch and coordinate with the BDC to ensure no scheduling conflicts

Maintain contact with clients throughout the entire service process

Maintain the work orders and ensure required data has been collected and updated as necessary throughout the repair process, as set out by Ford warranty standards.

Monitor carry over repairs and keep customers informed.

Organize and receive payment and release vehicle to owner after servicing. Work with both Fleet Owners, Fleet Managers and fleet companies to authorize repairs and collect payment.

Communicate with new clients and create new fleet service opportunities.

Treat our clients with care and courtesy.
