Line Cook: shifts now, full-time where it fits!

Zing connects hospitality workers with restaurants, bars, and event venues across the city. Many of our Spots are looking for line cooks they can bring on long-term, and Zing is how they find them. You work shifts, they see what you can do, and if it's a fit on both sides, it can turn into a full-time or part-time spot.

How it works: You pick up line cook shifts at restaurants around the city. Every shift is a chance to show a kitchen what you bring and to see if it's somewhere you'd want to stay. If a Spot wants to bring you on and you're interested, we help make that happen.

If you'd rather stay flexible, that works too.

What the job looks like: Running a station, cooking to ticket, holding your pace through a busy service, and plating clean.

If you've worked a line before, you know what it takes.

What we're looking for          

- Line cook experience in a full-service kitchen           

- Based in the GTA           

- Reliable, and able to hold your own through a rush
