Responsibilities

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.

  • Handle payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to meet guest needs.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
  • Qualifications: Smart Serve Certification
  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with POS systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Food safety certification is an asset.
  • Flexibility to work during busy periods including weekends.
