Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or answering questions about merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties responsibly.
• Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize product placement.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout lines and a positive shopping experience.
• Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and product organization as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred, especially with technical or electronics products.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging a diverse customer base.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for accurate transactions.
• Experience with merchandising, product demos, and upselling techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally.
• Technical sales experience or knowledge of technology products can be beneficial but is not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Pay: $15.50-$19.00 per hour
