What You’ll Do

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of East Coast Lifestyle—sharing our brand story, making connections, and creating memorable experiences for every customer. You’ll:

  • Provide outstanding customer service with signature East Coast warmth and hospitality
  • Gain hands-on experience in retail operations
  • Strengthen your teamwork and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude
  • Build genuine interactions and meaningful relationships with shoppers
  • Provide knowledgeable advice and product recommendations
  • Help customers find the perfect purchase with confidence and care
  • Share the East Coast Lifestyle brand story with pride
  • Operate the POS system for purchases and payments
  • Assist in merchandising and maintaining visual displays
  • Keep accurate sales and inventory records
