Full job description

Full-Time & Part-Time| Seasonal & Year-Round Opportunities | 100% Commission

KNOK is hiring competitive, self-motivated, trustworthy sales reps to help us grow in the Lower Mainland market.

This is a face-to-face, door-to-door sales role where you’ll speak directly with homeowners, create interest, build trust, and help families protect their homes with professional pest control solutions. Your job is to generate new customers, drive recurring residential accounts, and deliver a great customer experience from the first conversation.

We’re looking for people who are hungry, coachable, and not afraid of hard work. If you want a boring desk job where every day feels the same, this is not it. If you want to get paid based on your effort, sharpen your communication skills, and be part of a competitive team, keep reading.

What you’ll get

Learn real sales skills

At KNOK, you won’t just learn how to knock doors. You’ll learn how to communicate, handle rejection, control conversations, create urgency, and close deals. These are real-world skills that will make you valuable in sales, business, leadership, and life long after the season ends.

Income with upside

This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped commissions. The harder you work, the more you earn. For students, this can be a chance to make serious money in the summer. For full-time reps, it can become a year-round income path with major upside.

A competitive environment

We believe competition brings out the best in people. Through office competitions, team incentives, leaderboards, prizes, and recognition, we create an environment where hardworking reps can separate themselves.

Growth

We are not just hiring summer reps. We are building future leaders. The people who show work ethic, consistency, and leadership ability will have opportunities to grow within the organization.

What you’ll do

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods in the Lower Mainland and surrounding areas
  • Speak with homeowners about pest control services and seasonal pest issues
  • Build rapport quickly and confidently present service options
  • Generate new accounts through door-to-door sales and personal referrals
  • Maintain a professional appearance and strong customer-first attitude
  • Work closely with leaders and teammates to improve daily performance

What it takes to win

1) Work Ethic

There is no shortcut. This is an outside sales job, and it rewards people who show up, stay disciplined, and outwork the average person.

2) Positive Attitude

Not every door will be easy. Not every day will go your way. The reps who keep their energy high and attitude strong are the ones who win.

3) Competitive Drive

We want people who want more. More growth. More income. More responsibility. More out of life. We can give you the training, but you need to bring the drive.

Why KNOK

We are building a team of tough, upbeat, ambitious people who want to improve their lives by improving their skills. This role is ideal for athletes, competitive students, outgoing personalities, and anyone who wants to bet on themselves.

Great daily, weekly, and monthly incentives may include gear, swag, gift cards, electronics, trips, and other performance rewards.

To apply, please submit your resume along with a short note on why this opportunity interests you and why you believe you’d be a strong fit for KNOK
