Position: Barista All Rounder

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Ensure every customer enjoys top-notch service, leading a team that’s as passionate about quality as you are.
  • Run Daily Operations: Work as a team to contribute to opening and closing duties, till operation, and maintain high standards for health, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Coachable attitude: Willingness to learn and help maintain standards.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work with us to implement ideas that boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep the Cafe Flowing: Assist with inventory and supplies, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication & Organizational Skills to keep the cafe running seamlessly.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable managing varied seasonal demand and creating a warm atmosphere, no matter how busy.
  • Passion for Coffee & Customer Service: Bring genuine enthusiasm for our product and our customers.
  • Flexible Availability: Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
