Overview
Join our team as a Subway Sandwich Artist and be the friendly face that creates delicious, customized sandwiches for our valued customers. This role offers an engaging environment where you can develop your customer service skills, work in a fast-paced setting, and contribute to a positive dining experience. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite sandwiches and salads
  • Prepare sandwiches according to customer specifications using fresh ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food preparation and dining areas
  • Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
  • Restock ingredients and supplies regularly to ensure product availability
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned, including cleaning and inventory checks

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or ingredients up to 25 pounds
