We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team and manage our single family and multifamily construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage single and multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee daily operations on-site, including coordinating subcontractors and construction crews.
  • Ensure projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Review and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience supervising multifamily construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects and teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Relevant certifications or training in construction management is advantageous.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
