  • Guest Relations: Maintain a visible presence on the floor, welcoming guests, handling feedback with grace, and ensuring memorable hospitality.
  • Operational Support: Step in seamlessly to support the team when needed, utilizing your strong floor skills to assist the service or bar team during peak volume.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a quality fine dining venue.
  • Technical Skills: Must possess strong basic bartending and serving skills to confidently support all areas of the front-of-house.
  • Schedule & Commitment: Available to work 4 to 5 shifts a week (approximately 24 to 30 hours per week). Shifts require availability for evenings scheduled between 4:00 PM and Midnight.
  • Certifications: Valid Serving It Right and Food Safe certifications are mandatory.
  • Legal & Location: Applicants must currently live in Victoria and possess a valid work permit to be eligible for employment.
