We’re currently seeking a Photo Shoot and Editing Assistant to join our exceptional team in Vancouver, BC. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, the Photo Shoot and Editing Assistant supports all aspects of planning and coordinating photo shoots. They also assist with basic video recording, formatting and photoshopping of garment imagery. Possessing strong organizational skills, the Photo Shoot and Editing Assistant assists the department in multiple projects from conception to completion while working as a member of the Creative team and external contractors.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft Office programs
- Strong organizational and time/project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Ability to receive, interpret, and implement feedback constructively
- Self-motivated, self-directed, hard-working, and well-organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, comfortable taking the initiative when needed
- A positive attitude, eager and willing to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
- Full-time office attendance required
- 2-year employment contract
- 40 hours per week; occasional overtime required
- Weekend availability required on occasion
- Valid passport, driver's license and personal vehicle required. Nexus Card an asset
- Travel required
Responsibilities
- Works with the Creative Department in contributing to the vision and goals of the department
- Assist with all aspects of photo shoot preparation, including but not limited to:
- Coordinate samples, garments, accessories, and props
- Prepare, organize, and maintain garments to ensure they are photo-ready
- Order and coordinate meals and refreshments as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Upload, edit, retouch and save imagery
- Assist in the management of the department calendar to ensure project timelines are met
- Adhere to current and future company policies and standards to ensure a safe and agreeable working environment
- Assist in other areas of the Creative department and perform additional duties as required by management
