BRONZE BAXX TANNING CONSULTANTS MUST :

  • Be extremely reliable and committed to showing up for the team.
  • Have open availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Bring experience in service or sales — backgrounds in salons, beauty, healthcare, or restaurants are all great fits.
  • Be physically able to thrive in a fast-paced role, including cleaning tanning beds and saunas, doing laundry, and being on your feet throughout your shift.
  • Work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Be a self-starter who’s hardworking, responsible, and confident.
  • Handle multitasking in a busy, guest-focused environment.
  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have the ability to work at multiple studio locations.
  • Have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
  • Love tanning and understand its benefits is a MUST.
  • Have an interest in the beauty and wellness industry, and stay up to date on trends.
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our luxury standards.
