Dental Administrator– Smile Studio

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression
  • Answer phones and respond to emails professionally
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
  • Verify insurance and process claims
  • Present treatment estimates and discuss financial options
  • Coordinate Invisalign consultations and follow-up appointments
  • Manage patient recalls and help maintain a productive schedule
  • Assist with administrative projects and daily office operations
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Who We're Looking For

  • Previous dental administration experience is preferred
  • Experience with ClearDent is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
