Enviros’ Principle Based Practice is a model that utilizes principles to guide and drive action in practice, a decision-making tool in our interventions addressing critical areas of need, and the foundational structure of support for the crucial work we do, incorporating strengths and culture into our day-to-day interactions. Position Overview

This position will be working out of Head Office, assisting Administration, Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources with projects including but not limited to:

File management

Filing

Event Planning

Asset Management

Administrative projects

Updating documentation

The successful applicant will receive a well rounded experience, working with all administrative and support departments.

Requirements:

• Individual must be 18-30 years old
• Individual must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act; and
• be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations (international students are not eligible)

Competencies

• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Suite

• Collaborative team play that is creative with strong organizational skills

• Able to adopt to changing situations and being flexible

• Strong communication and de-escalation skills

Other Qualifications

• A current (within 12 months) Alberta Intervention Record Check

• A current (within 6 months) Criminal Record Check including vulnerable sector

Job type: Full time Contract

Pay: $15-$18
