We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our warm and collaborative team.

The Role

As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of our students.

  • Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and self-expression.
  • Assess and monitor student progress through observation, documentation, portfolios, and formal/informal evaluations.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, providing regular updates on their child's development and progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and the parent community to support school-wide initiatives and events.
  • Maintain a well-organized and inspiring learning space that is clean, safe, and rich with resources.
  • Uphold all school policies, procedures, and licensing standards.

Who we seek:

Kindergarten Teacher

  • B.Ed. degree with experience in Kindergarten pedagogy.
  • Level 3 Childcare Certification a must.
  • Proven experience working with kindergarten-aged children in a classroom setting.
  • A strong understanding of child development and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Flexible, Teachable and Collaborative Spirit.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A patient, creative, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for teaching young children.
