Full job description

We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto office. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance.

About the role:

This role provides high-level transactional and operational administrative support to multiple C‑Suite executives, serving as the primary liaison between the executives and both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include proactive calendar management, meeting coordination, and organizing leadership team events. The position also oversees complex travel planning and logistics, develops sustainable systems and processes to enhance executive efficiency, and consistently anticipates needs to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations.

About the day-to-day:

  • Provide transactional and operational administrative support to multiple C-Suite executives.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Executives and internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively manage calendars and set up meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings and events involving the executive leadership team.
  • Make travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and plan logistics.
  • Create sustainable systems and processes for the Executive leadership team.
  • Proactively think ahead to anticipate needs.

About the Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative to/ or executive assistant role directly reporting to upper management.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is considered an asset
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • System proficiency in Microsoft products including MS Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in using video conferencing tools and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to think critically and anticipate needs.

Compensation:

Peoples Group is pleased to offer employees a competitive annual salary plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $75,000 and $90,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities and experience that the chosen candidate possesses.
