What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at our Kitchener location, you’ll bring your energy and customer-first mindset to every interaction. From assisting restaurants with product questions and order support to building lasting relationships through exceptional service, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers feel valued, supported, and set up for success — while growing your own career along the way.Here’s what your days might look like:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable guidance on our wide range of restaurant supplies.
- Accurately process orders and perform detailed data entry.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Learn internal operations and support the team to ensure smooth daily processes.
- Be flexible with scheduling, including weekend availability
Who You Are
You’re a natural people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You care about your customers, love learning new things, and have that “go-getter” spark.
We’d love to hear from you if you’re:
- A positive, friendly attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Previous customer service experience (retail or restaurant industry experience is an asset)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Basic knowledge of restaurant supplies and equipment is a bonus
