Summary

Join our team as a Broker Support (Processing) in Whycocomagh. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth processing of insurance transactions and supporting our brokers in delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities

  • Assist brokers with processing insurance policies, claims, and documentation efficiently.
  • Review and verify policy information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of insurance processes and procedures.
  • Experience with financial documentation, including accounting or investment-related tasks.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
