Lake House is a premium, waterfront hospitality experience at Toronto’s iconic lakeside amphitheatre. Set just steps from the venue, it offers guests an elevated pre-show and in-show environment with dedicated food and beverage service, private amenities, and exclusive access features such as expedited entry and optional boat transfers. Designed as a relaxed, social space overlooking Lake Ontario, Lake House blends a lounge-style atmosphere with concert access - ideal for hosting, entertaining, or enhancing the live music experience.

What You'll Do:


  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
  • Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in food preparation, including meats, seafood, vegetables, and sauces.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, ovens, and other cooking appliances.
  • Monitor food cooking temperatures and times, adjusting as needed to achieve desired results and maintain consistency.
  • Coordinate food preparation with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations and standards, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of food items.
  • Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, rotating inventory, and assisting with ordering as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to develop new menu items, specials, and promotions, contributing creative ideas and suggestions.


What You'll Need:


  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment operation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with kitchen staff and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
