Full job description

We are seeking skilled Line Cooks to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess excellent culinary skills. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation, ensuring food safety standards, and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.

Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for menu items
  • Prepare and cook menu items as per client specifications.
  • Ensure that all proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service.
  • Ensure quality and consistency of food products.
  • Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals
  • Help with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in a kitchen environment
  • Experienced knife skills
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures and techniques
