Full job description

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy dental practice.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills who can confidently manage daily front desk operations while providing exceptional patient service.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and oversee daily front desk operations

● Maintain productive dentist and hygienist schedules

● Manage cancellations and actively work the unscheduled patient list

● Coordinate appointments, recalls, treatment scheduling, and patient follow-ups

● Handle patient inquiries and concerns professionally

● Process payments and assist with outstanding accounts

● Coordinate dental insurance claims, estimates, and predeterminations

● Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality

● Ensure smooth communication between patients, clinical staff, and management

● Help maintain an organized, efficient, and positive work environment

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Dental Front desk administrator.: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
