Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator (Full-Time)

Location: In-person

Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday

Lunch Break: 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

CS Management Inc. is a dynamic, fast-paced office providing condominium management services in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We manage a large condominium portfolio consisting of both residential and commercial properties. We’re currently seeking a polished, personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and can balance professionalism within a relaxed office culture.

Position Overview:

As Receptionist / Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, maintaining office organization, and providing administrative support across departments. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, highly-organized and detail-oriented, and ready to tackle different challenges each day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism;
  • Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude;
  • Receive and process incoming and outgoing invoices and mail;
  • Mail outs, including document proofing and mail merges;
  • Assist in creating and editing correspondence;
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and filing of documents;
  • Process payments and assist with basic accounting tasks;
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of administrative experience (required)
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of receptionist experience (required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with QuickBooks would be an asset
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to work efficiently independently and within a team
  • Problem-solving skills
