Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring safe and effective medication management for patients. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a hospital or clinical setting. The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing medication administration, counseling patients on their prescriptions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Duties

  • Review and interpret physician orders for accuracy and appropriateness of therapy.
  • Prepare and dispense medications, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Provide medication counseling to patients, including information on proper usage, potential side effects, and interactions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers in acute care settings to develop comprehensive medication plans.
