Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Servers/Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience
• Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Manage cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations
• Restock bar supplies as needed during shifts to ensure smooth service flow
• Assist in serving food when required, supporting overall restaurant operations
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify customer identification as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Latest Smart serve a must.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred, especially in a bar or restaurant setting
• Familiarity with POS systems such as silverware or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
• Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following legal guidelines
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
