Full job description

WHAT IS KIDSTRONG?
KidStrong is a membership-based milestone accelerator for kids walking through 11 years old. We help parents raise stronger, smarter, more confident kids through weekly 45-minute classes that combine brain, character, and physical development.

Our high-energy, science-based curriculum is delivered in a small group setting, and every class is age-specific, hands-on, and goal-oriented. We focus on helping kids develop strength, confidence, emotional regulation, teamwork, and leadership—all through movement and play!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for high-energy coaches who are passionate about working with kids and are confident leading multiple back-to-back classes in a fun, structured environment. Our ideal coaches are:

  • Confident, dynamic, and love being in front of a group
  • Experienced in coaching, fitness, athletics, education, or child development
  • Comfortable engaging with parents about goals, progress, and curriculum
  • Skilled at managing group behavior and keeping kids focused and safe
  • Physically able to demonstrate movement and maintain energy across multiple classes
  • Open to feedback and eager to grow within a team setting
  • Available for evening AND weekend shifts

YOUR ROLE AS A KIDSTRONG COACH:

  • Coach weekly 45-minute classes, typically scheduled back-to-back in 4–6 hour shifts
  • Deliver the KidStrong curriculum with high energy, engagement, and purpose
  • Support each child’s development by providing real-time feedback and encouragement
  • Proactively manage class behavior and ensure student safety at all times
  • Engage with parents before and after class to discuss goals, progress, and milestones
  • Track attendance, awards, and class feedback using our internal app
  • Maintain a clean, organized center environment
  • Complete weekly programming modules and additional training as required
  • Assist with seasonal camps, PA days, and birthday parties as needed

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Experience working with kids (coaching, sports, fitness, camps preferred)
  • Strong understanding of movement, exercise, and child development basics
  • Ability to lead from the front—no passive coaching (hands on and providing feedback to your students)!
  • Stamina to coach multiple high-energy classes in a row
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication, and team-first mindset
  • CPR certification required (willingness to obtain upon hire)
  • Vulnerable Sector Check required (willingness to obtain upon hire)

WHY JOIN KIDSTRONG?
✅ Fun, energetic work environment
✅ Make a real impact on kids and families
✅ Supportive team and leadership
✅ Growth opportunities

If you’re passionate about helping kids reach their potential—and have the energy to lead the way—we’d love to meet you!

Apply today and help us build future-ready kids!
