Company Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support the Founder and President of a growing sports organization, management consulting firm, and faith-based organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating people, organizing systems, and helping leaders execute their vision. The successful candidate will work directly with the Founder and serve as a key point of coordination across sporting operations, business consulting activities, community initiatives, and administrative functions.

The successful candidate will be expected to attend selected meetings, sporting events, tournaments, and organizational activities in person while performing many administrative and coordination duties remotely.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support

  • Manage calendars and appointments
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups
  • Draft emails and correspondence
  • Organize files and documents
  • Track projects and deadlines

Sports Operations

  • Maintain NCAA, NAIA, JUCO, Prep School, and recruiting databases
  • Assist with player placement initiatives
  • Track coach contacts and recruiting relationships
  • Coordinate tournaments, showcases, and events
  • Maintain player information and recruiting records

Business Operations

  • Assist with consulting projects
  • Conduct basic research
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Track client follow-ups and opportunities

Administrative Support

  • Manage Google Workspace
  • Maintain spreadsheets and databases
  • Prepare meeting notes
  • Coordinate communications and logistics

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Google Workspace skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High level of discretion and professionalism

Preferred:

  • Experience in sports administration
  • Experience supporting executives
  • Knowledge of basketball recruiting
  • Project management experience
  • Familiarity with NCAA athletics
