10738883 Canada Inc. o/a 1 More Round (1MR) is looking Recreation, sports and fitness program and service directors to direct and supervise our location at woodbridge and our new proposed location in Toronto. The successful individual should be an enthusiastic fitness expert who is interested in inspiring others to live a healthy lifestyle. The ideal candidate will have a background in physical education and exercise science, and will enjoy creating and leading classes and one-on-one sessions alike. We are looking for an individual with minimum three years of experience in the kickboxing and Muay Thai industry.
Duties:
*Previous experience in Muay Thai and kickboxing
* Passionate and Enthusiastic with positive energy
*Experience in planning/organising/conducting kids’ and adults’ classes and activities
*Comfortable to handle, coach, and manage kids (from 6 years old onwards) and lead adult classes
*Resolve problems that arise such as customer complaints·
*Customer service oriented
*Teach group classes to kids and adults in our studios, ranging from fitness classes for adults, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and multi-sports class for kids
*Administrative work (handle clients' studio class bookings)
*Provide 1 to 1 private training with clients in our studio, and help them achieve their fitness objectives

Skills/Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of Muay Thai and kickboxing training experience,

* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Team player
* Strong people skill.
Education: Completion of diploma in related field, Sports or physical education
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English
