WE ARE EXPANDING - BAR MANAGER WANTED!!!

Big things are coming to LA PATRONA. We are launching a new project, and we are looking for a passionate BAR Manager ready to build something exciting from day one.

If you are someone who loves creating experiences, leading teams, and bringing energy to the bar, this is your moment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of beverages to meet customer preferences
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service for special events or promotions
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the food service industry
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
