WHO WE ARE

We are a wellness-focused spa based in Vancouver, dedicated to providing restorative treatments and a genuinely relaxing experience for every guest. Our team of therapists and support staff are the heart of what we do. We believe that a well-run spa starts with a well-supported team, and we are looking for a manager who understands that.

WHY THIS ROLE IS OPEN

Our spa is growing, and we need a hands-on Spa Manager to lead daily operations, support our team, and ensure every guest leaves feeling refreshed. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of on-site leadership and remote administrative work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of therapists and support staff
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training
  • Create schedules that balance team needs with guest demand
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative workplace culture

Guest Experience

  • Maintain high service standards across every guest interaction
  • Address guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
  • Ensure treatment rooms and common areas meet cleanliness and ambience standards
  • Be visible and present, supporting the team and engaging with guests

Operations and Administration

  • Manage daily operations, including bookings, payments, and front desk support
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and support revenue goals
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements

Remote Responsibilities

  • Handle scheduling, payroll coordination, and administrative reporting remotely
  • Respond to guest inquiries and team communications outside of on-site hours

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Previous experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or customer service management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A calm, professional, and guest-focused demeanor
  • Comfort with booking systems and basic office software
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule with on-site presence as needed
  • Authorization to work in Canada
