Overview

We are seeking a passionate Esthetician to join our team! . If you have a background in skincare and beauty treatments, enjoy building relationships with clients, and are confident recommending products and services, this might be the place for you.

Pearl Med Spa is a new med spa located in downtown Ottawa. Most of the clients you will work with come from our established skincare branches and social media marketing efforts, so building your clientele from scratch will not be a concern.

Perks that we are looking for: (but not a must)

+ If you have experience doing body treatments (RF, Contour, EMS), hydra-facials, peels, ect.. and overall if you already have experience in the field

+Knowledge on how to close deals and build packages for clients, knowing how to connect to your client and convince them to buy without using pressure, only good rapport and vibes

+We will be ecstatic if you also have a micro-needling diploma

those are not a must, but definitely important

Responsibilities

  • Perform skincare treatments, including facials, infrared treatments, fat freezing treatments, chemical facial treatments etc.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client records at the front desk as needed.

Qualifications

  • Valid esthetician license or certification from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in facials and different treatments.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with clients and selling packages.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in a spa or salon environment.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others feel their best.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Verified sales experience and upselling will be a very good highlight
