Job Overview:

Arctic Spas Kitchener is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals. You will be the customer's main point of contact, working with them to learn their needs, from product selection, support through the delivery process, and post-sale service. Success is measured by your individual sales performance, as well as the ability to excel in both a team and store-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong communication skills to understand client needs and present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks
  • Conduct sales negotiations to close deals effectively and efficiently
  • Create additional value for existing clients through other product and service offerings
  • Ensure customer loyalty is built and maintained with exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless delivery and installation

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in commissioned sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and phone etiquette
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on luxury product markets
  • Experience with sales management tools and CRM systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and follow-ups
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Strong understanding of pricing, discounts, and financial calculations

Compensation: Hourly + Commission
