Full job description

The Parkside Hotel & Spa is currently seeking an awesome individual to fill the positions of Guest Service Agent! Our Team Members are a fun and inclusive collection of individuals who thrive in a creative and energetic environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assists guests in a friendly, professional manner at both check-in, check-out, and throughout the guests stays.
  • Helps guests with inquiries and tourist information with a smile!
  • Answers multiline telephone and directing calls as needed.
  • Makes reservations as needed.
  • Accepts payment and runs daily reports.
  • Communicates with all departments to ensure operations run smoothly .
  • Other duties as required.

  • How to be friendly, and professional.
  • How to make decisions and solve problems with ease.
  • How to be super organized and have amazing attention to detail.
  • How to stay calm and prioritize in a busy work environment.

What else we need from you:

  • Experience in guest services or hotel reservations would be amazing!
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel is a must.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends.
  • We work hard, and we laugh hard. A good sense of humour goes a long way!
