Job Desricption

Selah Core Wellness is a brand new, modern multidisciplinary clinic​ located on the West Broadway​ in Vancouver. We are currently preparing to open our doors​ and are excited to build our founding team of healthcare professionals. This role (RMT) requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of medical terminology to ensure effective treatment planning and client education. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment.

Duties

  • Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities.
  • Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans based on their health history and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records following confidentiality standards.
  • Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices to enhance their recovery process.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations.
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and practice productivity.
  • Uphold professional standards of ethics, confidentiality, and customer service at all times.

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and human anatomy.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  • Effective communication skills for explaining treatment procedures and addressing client concerns clearly.

Pay: $100.00-$140.00 per hour
