About ANVITA

ANVITA was built by Massage Therapists, for Massage Therapists.

Like many RMTs, I loved the work, but clinic life slowly caught up with me. Packing my day, skipping breaks, and seeing more patients just to maintain income eventually led to body pain and burnout.

The average career length of an RMT is often quoted as 5 to 8 years. I don’t believe it has to be that short. After switching to mobile massage, I realized it was possible to earn well, treat fewer patients, and actually feel good doing this work.

Today, ANVITA supports a growing network of therapists providing in-home care across multiple regions in Canada. ANVITA was built by an RMT and designed around therapist longevity and freedom.

Why Work With ANVITA

  • Batched appointments to minimize drive time
  • Bookings, payments, and client communication handled for you
  • Set your own service radius and booking preferences
  • Marketing handled for you
  • Care coordinators available 7 days a week and monitor sessions live
  • Full control over your schedule
  • No minimum commitment, try it out with no obligation
  • Vehicle expenses become tax deductible, helping reduce taxes
  • Focus on treating patients, not admin

The Lifestyle Difference (What Matters Most)

In a clinic the incentive was always the same, fill the room. Why take a proper lunch when I could book another patient? I had bills, loans, and financial goals, so I pushed. Eventually, it caught up with me. My body hurt. I started dreading work. I could slow down, but that meant a pay cut. Clinic life ties your income to a room. Slow down, take time off, or want flexibility and you pay for it. With mobile, that pressure disappears. The biggest difference was how my body and mind felt doing the work. Mobile practice allows you to design a schedule that supports both your health and your life.

For me:

  • My time became more valuable
  • I earned more per session than in a clinic
  • I took on less hands-on time
  • I had better energy at the end of the day for my family

Some therapists:

  • Work 5 to 10 hours a week for supplemental income
  • Work full time and take as many patients as they like
  • Take extended time off without worrying about losing a room
  • Build schedules that support their bodies long term

Full Control, No Pressure

You choose when you work, where you work, how much you work. There is no minimum commitment. Try this alongside your clinic. Try it during a slower season. If it is not for you, you can stop anytime. That freedom is intentional.

Closing

If you love massage therapy but do not want to sacrifice your body, energy, or life to keep doing it, this is worth exploring. We are continuing to expand our care team to meet patient demand while keeping schedules sustainable. ANVITA was built because I wish it existed earlier in my own career.
