Assistant Manager - Supernatural | Toronto

Supernatural is the next-generation destination for a longevity lifestyle, bringing together natural frequencies, medical insight, and immersive wellness experiences in a space designed to feel social, approachable, and human.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations, team, and client experience at our Toronto flagship. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help ensure the location runs smoothly, the team delivers exceptional service, and every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and excited to return.

This is a hospitality and operations role, not a clinical one. Our medical leadership, nurse practitioners, and longevity consultants own the clinical side. Your focus will be the experience: supporting the team, maintaining high standards, and helping create a space people love being in.

You do not need wellness industry experience. We will teach you the longevity side. You need to be warm, dependable, organized, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do

Lead the floor. Act as the senior team member on duty when the General Manager is unavailable, helping the team stay organized, supported, and focused throughout the day.

Support the client experience. Welcome guests, assist with questions, resolve concerns thoughtfully, and look for opportunities to go above and beyond.

Keep the operation running smoothly. Support opening and closing procedures, bookings, schedules, service flow, inventory, supplies, cleanliness, and facility standards.

Coach and support the team. Help lead daily huddles, provide real-time feedback, support new team members, and reinforce Supernatural’s service standards.

Support membership and sales goals. Help the team with memberships, rebooking, retail sales, and daily performance targets while ensuring the experience never feels transactional.

Maintain the environment. Pay close attention to how the space looks, sounds, and feels, including lighting, music, scent, presentation, supplies, and overall atmosphere.

Handle service recovery. Respond calmly and professionally when issues arise, solve problems where possible, and escalate when needed.

Support events and community programming. Assist with member events, partnerships, and activations that bring energy and connection to the space.

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of supervisory, team-lead, or assistant management experience
• Experience in hospitality, medical aesthetics, fitness, wellness, retail, restaurants, hotels, members’ clubs, or another premium service environment
• Naturally warm, confident, and comfortable working with clients
• Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
• Comfortable leading a shift and giving clear direction
• Able to stay calm and solution-focused in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable supporting sales, membership, and service targets
• Willing to work hands-on and step in wherever needed
• Genuinely curious about health, wellness, and longevity
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Nice to Have

• Experience in a membership, subscription, fitness, or club-based business
• Experience with opening and closing responsibilities
• Familiarity with booking, scheduling, CRM, or POS systems
• Experience with events, retail sales, or premium customer service

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per hour
