Route Service Representative – Southwestern Ontario (London Based)

Reports To: Regional Operations Manager

Location: St Thomas, ON (Servicing London, Sarnia, Stratford, and surrounding region)

Position Type: Full-Time (Includes rotating/scheduled weekend shifts)

About Loyalty Markets / Heather’s Kitchen

We are a fast-growing automated retail and food service provider expanding rapidly across Ontario. Our success is built entirely on execution, clear operational habits, and a "fix-it-right-the-first-time" mindset. We believe in promoting heavily from within and giving our field teams the autonomy they need to succeed. If you are a reliable, self-motivated professional who thrives on independence and takes pride in consistent, high-quality work, you will find a great home—and a clear career path—with us.

Position Summary

Operating out of our London hub, the Route Service Representative is the daily face of our company. You will be fully responsible for the dependable restocking, meticulous cleaning, and daily presentation of our automated markets, coffee machines, vending assets and smart coolers at premium client accounts across Southwestern Ontario.

This is an autonomous, physical role that requires strong time management, attention to detail, and an absolute commitment to food safety protocols. Please note: Routes, daily stop counts, geographic territories, and weekly schedules are subject to change based on commercial growth and customer demand.

Core Responsibilities

  • Restocking & Merchandising Excellence: Replenish, stock, and front-face products to company standards. Ensure all market locations look inviting, fully stocked, organized, and perfectly clean.
  • Absolute Food Safety: Rigorously monitor expiry dates, rotate inventory, and maintain pristine food handling and storage standards. Execute mandatory sanitization and handwashing protocols at every single client site.
  • Inventory & Data Discipline: Conduct precise real-time inventory counts and audits using our handheld systems. Track and report spoils/refunds accurately so we can fix root-cause errors immediately.
  • Asset Care & Cleanliness: Deep-clean machines and market spaces (inside and out). Inspect equipment on every visit, and report mechanical or technical issues immediately to ensure rapid resolution.
  • Client Relations: Maintain a professional, warm, and helpful attitude with customers and client associates on-site.

Typical Weekly Operational Footprint

Our operational schedule adapts dynamically to service our accounts effectively, but a standard 35-40-hour work week requires open availability from Monday through Saturday with Wednesdays and Sundays off and features a mix of the following profiles:

  • Regional Footprint (e.g., Sarnia / Stratford Focus): Structured days focused on safe regional driving and efficient, high-volume replenishment across our regional hubs.
  • Dedicated Enterprise Service Days (e.g., Amazon or other larger corporate sites): Highly focused days dedicated to deep-cleaning, systematic stock fulfillment, and location readiness at one location.
  • Independent Weekend Execution: Autonomous Saturday operations executing critical weekend market readiness and localized stock fulfillment.

What It Takes to Win (Job Requirements)

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in route delivery, retail merchandising, vending service, or high-volume logistics preferred.
  • Licensing & Insurability: Valid Ontario G License with a clean Driver’s Abstract. Must be completely insurable under our corporate fleet policy.
  • Physical Endurance: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs consistently, walk/stand for extended periods, and comfortably load/unload company vehicles.
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check as a condition of employment (required for accessing high-security client facilities and secure cash/inventory areas).
  • Mindset: Fiercely reliable, organized, and takes personal pride in maintaining clean, professional workspaces.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly wages.
  • Fully maintained company vehicle (or you can provide your own cargo van for an additional arms length usage rate)
  • Comprehensive training on food safety, route logistics, and customer service.
  • A stable, supportive, and positive team environment.

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour

Benefits:

  • Discounted or free food

Licence/Certification:

  • Class G Licence (preferred)
  • Clean Criminal Record (preferred)
  • Drivers Abstract suitable for insurance (preferred)
