Nurse Practitioner – Men’s Hormone Health (TRT)

Location: Anywhere in Canada (Remote)

FasTreat is a Canada-wide virtual care company delivering structured, evidence-based healthcare through a multidisciplinary model.

Originally focused on ADHD care, FasTreat is expanding into hormone health, including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), men’s hormone optimization, sexual health, and related wellness services.

Position Overview

We are hiring a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our Men’s Hormone Health Clinical Team.

This is a patient-facing virtual care role focused on:

  • Testosterone deficiency assessments
  • TRT initiation and management
  • Lab review and interpretation
  • Sexual health and men’s wellness concerns
  • Ongoing monitoring and follow-up care

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual assessments for men presenting with symptoms potentially related to low testosterone or hormone imbalance
  • Review symptoms, medical history, medications, lifestyle factors, and relevant risk factors
  • Order and interpret laboratory investigations within scope
  • Evaluate patients for eligibility and safety of TRT
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using FasTreat clinical protocols
  • Prescribe and manage testosterone therapy where clinically appropriate and within provincial scope
  • Monitor treatment response, side effects, and laboratory markers
  • Provide patient education regarding treatment expectations, risks, and ongoing monitoring requirements
  • Escalate complex cases to physicians or specialists when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR

Requirements

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing in Canada
  • Authorized to assess, diagnose, order labs, and prescribe within provincial scope
  • Professional liability coverage
  • 2+ years of NP clinical experience preferred
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting laboratory investigations
  • Comfortable managing ongoing follow-up care and medication monitoring
  • Experience with testosterone therapy, men’s health, sexual health, endocrinology, or primary care is considered a strong asset
  • Strong patient communication and clinical judgment
  • Comfortable working in a virtual care environment
