Are you passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences in Edmonton, South common? UNA pizza + wine is looking for dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team as Prep/Line Cooks.

About Us: Located in the picturesque town of Banff, UNA pizza + wine offers a vibrant dining experience where our commitment to quality ingredients and exceptional service sets us apart. Our menu features delicious pizzas, small plates, and a curated selection of wines, all crafted with care and creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and preparing meats.
  • Assist in the cooking and preparation of various menu items, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Set up stations and ensure all necessary supplies are ready for service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, following health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to uphold efficient operations during service.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years kitchen experience minimum.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
