Key Responsibilities

  • Function as part of a team, with a focus on communication
  • Ensure company food and plating specifications are met, while executing appropriate food handling protocols
  • Uphold cleanliness of work station
  • Support in all areas of the kitchen

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a full-service restaurant considered to be a must.
  • Must have experience in opening the line without supervision.
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Energetic and positive
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Possess basic food handling and preparation knowledge
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

  • Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

Licence/Certification:

  • Food Handler Certification (preferred)
  • Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
