Work Location: In person — Calgary and Airdrie, Alberta

Build Your Career With a Company That's Building the Future of Imaging

Wosler Diagnostics is hiring full-time sonographers to join our growing team in Calgary and Airdrie. This is a chance to step off the hospital treadmill and into a role where your work directly shapes how diagnostic imaging is delivered across Canada.

You will scan in modern, well-equipped clinics with a supportive team of radiologists and MOAs behind you. You will have a stable full-time schedule, competitive pay, and real opportunities to grow into leadership, training, or specialized modalities as we expand.

About Wosler Diagnostics

We are a Canadian healthcare technology company on a mission to make diagnostic imaging more accessible. We operate clinics across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Nova Scotia, and we are building remote and robotic imaging solutions that are reshaping how ultrasound is delivered in this country. When you join us, you are not just another tech on a roster. You are helping shape the future of imaging in Canada.

Why Full-Time at Wosler

Predictable schedule, predictable income. Monday to Friday core hours with optional weekend shifts if you want to earn more. No unpredictable call rotations.

Pay that respects your expertise. Starting from $45 per hour and fully negotiable based on your experience, certifications, and modalities. Prefer per scan? We will design a model that rewards your productivity.

Grow with a company that is growing. We are expanding across Alberta and beyond. Full-time sonographers who want to move into mentorship, quality assurance, or leadership roles will find real paths here.

Modern equipment, quality-focused environment. Work with current ultrasound systems in clinics designed for efficient, patient-centred care. Real time QC, radiologist collaboration, and infection prevention protocols are built into how we operate.

Location flexibility. Choose Calgary, Airdrie, or a mix. We will work with you to find the schedule and location that fits your life.

What You Will Do

Perform general ultrasound exams including abdominal, small parts, vascular, and OB/Gyne. Collaborate with referring physicians to clarify sonographic requests. Communicate findings with interpreting radiologists to support accurate diagnoses. Prepare and maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure exam rooms follow infection prevention protocols. Review patient charts to understand clinical context before scanning. Ensure patient comfort and safety using proper positioning and shielding techniques. Perform real time quality control on images before submission. Participate in the onboarding and mentorship of new sonographers or students as you grow with us. Stay current through continuing education.

Who We Are Looking For

Minimum 1 year of sonography experience (required). Sonography Canada Certification (required). ARDMS certification is a bonus. Based in or able to commute to Calgary or Airdrie. Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset. Committed to quality, ethics, and continuous learning. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

Experience in private clinic or community imaging settings. Vascular or MSK experience. Interest in mentorship, quality assurance, or clinic leadership. Bilingualism is a plus but not required.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts. Optional weekend shifts available for those who want to earn more. Full-time hours with a consistent, predictable schedule.

How to Apply

We are reviewing applications immediately and onboarding without delay. Send your resume with a short note answering:

Which location works best for you: Calgary, Airdrie, or either? Are you currently certified with Sonography Canada? How soon can you start? What is your expected hourly or per scan rate?

If there is a fit, we will set up a 15 to 20 minute intro call. No long interview gauntlets. We move quickly because we know your time matters.
