What You’ll Be Doing

• Jump into action for water, fire, and storm emergencies — extracting water, cleaning up fire damage, and tackling mold like a pro.
• Demolish and clear damaged areas so the rebuild magic can happen.
• Help with the rebuild: framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finishing work.
• Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized (because tripping over tools is not heroic).
• Follow project plans, operate equipment safely, and document your work like a champ.
• Communicate with clients and teammates with professionalism and empathy.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in restoration, construction, or trades preferred — but we’ll train the right hero-in-the-making.
• Bonus points if you have IICRC certifications.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to keep cool under pressure.
• Physical strength and stamina (lifting 50+ lbs and working in all kinds of environments).
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
