FIG Solar is a growing, family-oriented solar installation company committed to building a cleaner energy future. We're currently seeking dependable, entry-level team members to support our installation crews on residential and commercial projects.

About You:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the loading, unloading, and setup of materials and equipment on job sites
  • Support solar panel and racking system installations under supervision
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites
  • Follow all safety procedures, especially while working at heights
  • Perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions

Job Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Previous construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required
