Join One of Vancouver's Leading Medical Aesthetic Clinics

For over 30 years, Richmond Laser Skin Care & Wellness Centre has been recognized as a leader in medical aesthetics, providing advanced treatments and exceptional patient care. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our team of experienced professionals.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-of-the-line aesthetic and laser treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient consultations and skin assessments
  • Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans
  • Provide aesthetic services including laser hair removal, facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and other non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatments
  • Educate patients regarding treatment expectations, skincare regimens, and post-treatment care
  • Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained according to clinic and regulatory standards
  • Recommend and promote medical-grade skincare products when appropriate
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term patient relationships

Qualifications

  • Certified Medical Aesthetician and/or Laser Technician
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetics environment preferred
  • Experience operating laser and energy-based devices is highly desirable
  • Experience with Alma, Candela, Ultherapy, Thermage, BTL Emface, or similar technologies is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of skincare, aesthetic procedures, and patient safety protocols
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a strong asset.
  • Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
