Western I.T. Group is an established managed IT service company specializing in cloud based network deployments for businesses across Canada.

We are currently looking for a level 3 help desk/support technician to join our team.

Employee will be responsible for remote support of various customer sites and networks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Enterprise Remote Help Desk Support
- Account Moves, Adds and Changes
- Customer Assistance and Service
- Level 1,2 & 3 Desktop, Server and Network Troubleshooting
- Ticket Escalation to Senior Staff
- Mentor and assist lower tier technicians

Strong working and practical knowledge of networking, VoIP and M365/Azure required.

At least 10 years of technician experience required. Certification/degree in related field required from Canadian institution.

Employee must hold a valid drivers license in good standing.
