Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding young individuals, in particular At RiskYouth. CYW,SSW,DSW weekend availability, awake Night shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support and mentorship to children and youth, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being.
  • Facilitate group activities that promote social skills, teamwork, and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create individualized support plans for each child.
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback on the development of youth participants.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress reports, and any incidents that may occur during activities.
  • Educate youth on important life skills, including communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children in various settings is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with youth from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
