The OICBT is a large private practice clinic founded in 2009. Most of our therapists have been involved in hospital-based practice and have received in-depth training in the delivery of evidence-based treatments. Our goal is to meet the needs of our clients by offering individual, group and home- and community-based services. Research and best-practice guidelines inform our decisions about treatment. We also aim to provide structured opportunities for professional development, supervision, and evaluation research. In order to achieve these goals, we have developed strong ties to academic and hospital-based institutions and other mental health providers in the community. As such, we are actively involved in providing consulting services to public and private sector organizations. For more information about our clinic visit www.ottawacbt.ca

Any offer of employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a criminal record check and background check including but not limited to a reference check. We will not proceed with onboarding until we are fully satisfied with the results of these checks.

We are an equal opportunity employer. If you require accommodations during the interview process, please let us know. We thank all applicants; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. AI is not used in the selection process.
